Weightlifting Meets
We host two meets per year, the Stoneage and the Handle Barbell Weightlifting meets. These have been great local meets, drawing lifters from all around the area, including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and others. You can expect a very efficient and practiced staff, music, warm-up area, a live feed and more!
